The reviews that are 5 stars are more than likely paid or company employees. There’s absolutely no way. There’s zero communication with support. It’s always “we have escalated and will be back in touch soon”…. it’s been a month now. The team does zero work with pharmacies… you have to do it all yourself (good luck). After calling 7 pharmacies, I found an online vendor who I could use but it’s been 3 weeks and still no prescription update. Feels more like a scam to get your money and no service at all. The initial consultation was just “okay”… very very scripted and not a true “let’s talk”. Answer these questions and I’ll tell you if you can get meds or not. With the backorders, I understand, but NO mention of talking about something different in terms of medication. Please by all means just go to someone local who you can trust. I’m reporting this with full details to Consumer Reports, BBB, and the providers health board, etc…
