I was seen this morning for the first time, prescribed medication. Then apparently after i had it, the appointment was set as cancelled and they wanted to book me for an appointment the next day. I can’t contact the provider i just saw, nor can i access my portal on their website. I called their urgent line and they said they could not give me a timeframe of when this could be resolved by. I can’t talk to my provider or even get my prescription because of this. I feel totally scammed and i dont understand how this company can operate so poorly.
