Looking forward to a LawsuitThey are a scam. Their website does not let you update information or cancel the membership. Website does not let you see your profile unless you have an appointment. I was sent an email with a promotion price that they did not give me. They don’t respond to emails, they don’t have any customer service phone number. They continue to charge under a “subscription” since banks allow these recurring transactions when Done does not provide a service.
