Very disappointed with done services. The first consultation I had was good and the prescriber did as much due diligence in evaluating my symptoms as possible within a 15 minute timeframe. Getting my prescription renewed or a follow up appointment has been kafkaesque. I have contacted done through various methods for about three weeks now and every time I speak to someone I’m again told that my prescriber has no availability and I should wait three days for a prescription renewal. Healthcare in this country is trash, but a service offering mental health care and being so derelict in responding to clients is shameful. I’ll wait two more days to hear back but tend to think this service is a scam.
