I’ve ordered IPhone unlock on February 3rd 2022. The first few weeks unlocking process was going well, until it stopped on 99%. I’ve contacted Direct Unlocks on March 4th 2022 and received an email stating: “As soon as we get an update back for a service resuming for your carrier / model combination we will email you”. Since then my phone is still on 99% and estimated 7 days remaining. I’ve contacted Direct Unlocks on April 12th 2022, November 27th 2022, March 7th 2023 and March 8th 2023 but received ZERO ANSWER. WHAT A JOKE, WHAT A SCAM. ONE YEAR AND MY PHONE IS STILL LOCKED. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY DON’T EVER HAVE THE DIGNITY TO ANSWER THE EMAILS.
