Seems to be a legal scam. They claim to be marketing. But their marketing is bad. Might as well search businesses on Google maps rather than on their directory site. I think they get peoples’ money who think they either will get another useful way to market their company (your free listing on Google is better, as I said), or think need to pay to renew their domain name (which they say they don’t do, but their constant use of your domain name in the solicitation letter, and also their company name, seems to say otherwise)
