My experience is unfortunately like everyone elses. This company is a SCAM – avoid at all costs! I was surprised when I was charged a full annual membership that I did not want nor did I receive any reminder email about. I contacted them immediately about this mistake and they have refused to refund me, stating they send out reminder emails. They do not. Totally illegal business practices & I will be taking legal action if I do not receive a refund.
