Deceitful, and quite simply disgusting. To charge someone £23.99 under the false pretense that you will unlock their phone, only to then add an additional charge of £26 is an absolute mockery. No where on your website do you say that the the full cost is £49.99, otherwise I would have used another site (and there are plenty available). Your service was advertised to cost £23.99 – not £49.99, so the fact that you have added a “final payment” of £26, but only made this apparent to me AFTER I had already paid the initial £23.99 is absolutely DISGUSTING. It is companies like yours that are what is wrong with the world today. Greedy, deceitful, and fraudulent.
