Very easy to use. Only problem I had was my bank flagged it as fraudulent. The bank sent me a message asking if it was me, and in fact it was. Just resent the info and payment processed. Says 1-24 hours, it was instant. Quick reboot and my iPad was ready for my carriers SIM card. If I had to, would definitely use them again.
