After realizing that Direct Unlocks service is a waste, a request was sent to cancel my order which was placed on January 17 2023. No one has acknowledged. Yet, the company went ahead to submitting my IMEI to the manufacturer for a 3rd time saying that the carrier can’t unlock. This should give confirmation of their scam. It’s all automated.
