For the most part they’re a decent company but they have some scammy sellers on their platform. Games are usually given to you without issue & you keep the game for life (so they say) but you sometimes come to find out the account you bought has a lock on it meaning you cannot play what you paid for. They also make it clear you cannot use the account you paid for otherwise you breach the terms. But if the game is locked how else will i be able to log into the account to redownload the games? They also will not read through your complaints. They took a sellers side after I showed them 100 pictures of proof of the seller scamming me. My bank believed me & i got my money back. All in all i give them 2.5 out of 5. Their good sellers are the only reason they got a 2.5 otherwise i’d give 1 out of 5 and thats being nice.
