I never received the items i ordered, even though they took my money. Whenever i tried to file a complaint, their website “crashes”, and i receive message error. This is a scam, do not use their service!Following DHgate response message, I contacted their customer service which could not help and instructed me to fill in a dispute. I tried once more, but the dispute is not accepted by their system, saying the number of items is inconsistent…. BIG SCAM!
