Absolutely awful company and platform. Got scammed by a seller. The customer service team were extremely unhelpful. They lied to me constantly and are now refusing to help. Avoid this terrible site and their defective, counterfeit products.Their response below is equally unhelpful. I’ve already contacted their customer services more than 12 times. They refuse to help, and insist on protecting their dishonest, thieving seller.
