Order 3595670622 bought on May 5th, 2023, from the seller hush3.I had ordered a size 41 however, I received a larger size , that is too big for me. After several attempts to find a solution, the seller accepted to send me a full refund as well as the correct size of the shoes… only once the wrong shoes get back to China!! To avoid getting scammed as Nena from the customer service suggested, I can ask the seller to leave a message saying “I agree in giving you a refund of $**** on order 3595670622.” However this does not entirely solve my problem.. since it is not fair for the seller to expect me to pay for shipping of the wrong shoes back to China given that the mistake was made by the shop and not by me. I also believe it is necessary for the seller to provide me a return form.
