This company and the seller I’ve dealt with are scamming thieves. I wanted to cancel my order and my money refunded. I notified seller 3-4 times. They completely ignored me then responded with a rude comment implying I was delusional. Customer services was notified twice. I was promised a full refund of $360 within two business days. Here I am 5 days later no refund and my order shipped. Now I’m being told to wait 48 hrs and contact them again if I haven’t received my refund. I will take matters further and will move forward with my lawyers guidance.
