Still terrible! Since I left my initial review on the 20th of January 2024, the woefully terrible customer service at dh gate have done absolutely nothing to help me or get me a refund. The seller lingshan888 is still being rude, and has now sent a fake tracking number which does not work.The chat facility on the dh gate app is equally useless and they do nothing to help you, instead the support fraudulent scammers like lingshan888!Dh gate is full of scammers and dh gate supports scammers and fraud because they do nothing to help you when problems arise.Avoid this terrible scam app! I will be making a YouTube video and TikTok video warning people about my terrible experience. Avoid dh gate! Terrible app!
