I am fuming. I got an email saying that my order had been dispatched. The problem is that before dispatch the seller was to send me photos of the dress before sending because it was custom made wedding dress!!!! I went to log into my account to see the photo and DHGate took down my account for “security reasons”. What an absolute little scam you’ve got going on. My bank will get me a refund if the dress isn’t as described. If you want to send me a return address to send back AT YOUR COST then that is fine but that’s on you to chase me from now onwards, I’ll get my money back if it’s total trash! This is below standard of e-commerce. How do you think this is professional and offering customer service to the same standard as your competitors???? The seller I bought from was chicweddings.Also to the people on this third party page claiming that they are from DHGate and are responding to everyone’s comments in attempt to “rectify” the situation by saying that customers need to disclose part of our credit card information on a third party website – you are obviously apart of the same or a completely different scam. Do not even bother with trying that game with me. A genuine person from DHGate would be able to see exactly what has happened from an order number. Not even my bank would ask for those details from me!!!!******In response to your message, again.. I will not be giving you any card details… Are you serious!??
