Ordered a watch on the 11th August no item arrived and no updates logged onto the website and account showing no products purchased funds were taken from my account tried to contact Dh.gate via the website automated service would not recognise my issue.I received response from DHgate in French??? I don’t speak or read French and my review was in English it clearly states on Trustpilot that the review was from the UK/GB.Asked for photos of my card details l don’t want to engage with this company scam site will accept the lost monies £21.55 and warn future customers to stay clear. BE WARE OF DHGATE.
