I have complained about DHgate in the past so its only fair to complement them when they have improved. I was recently a victim of a scam by a seller on DHgate and I reported them within a couple of days after placing my order. Customer Service were very responsive and understood the issue. They asked me to give them 48 hours to investigate which they did. Not only did they refund my money but kicked the rogue seller off the platform. Nice work DHGate customer service. A lesson for all potential buyers. Check the sellers reviews before pulling the trigger. All the good sellers have a 90%+ rating….chose one of them.
