I’m not even mad I knew the risk when I bought the shoes but felt more secure with the fact that I was told I could return an item. Now the entity who sold me the shoes is telling me the shoes are fine you get what you pay for. The sellers user name is Sport00055 and the store is called Luxury Designer Shoe. Take my lesson as an example and pay full price for your items. Shoes can be sold again if taken care of so they are an investment, same with purses and other designer items. I paid $50 because I was impatient instead of saving more money to get real dunks/name brand items. There are so many payment plans available. Stop giving money to people who don’t care to see you as a customer/person. I wish I could screen shot the conversation, I’m literally asking the seller how to return the shoe and they’re telling me ‘no they’re fine’ and as of today ‘this is the shoe you paid for’, this should let you knowthey’refine with it, the shoe for reference are black and white dunks with fake fur/felt on them. I had no idea that they would look so tacky. Keep your money and invest it.Lastly I’m trying to return the item per the link at the bottom. There is no option to refund when I press the refund option I get taken to my order which prompts me to re-order or write a review. This is a scam site.
