***WARNING*** DHGate is a complete scam! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with their terrible service. I ordered two pairs of shoes, and they sent me the wrong size and style (see photo). When I tried to return them, I discovered that the seller had closed their store. I escalated the issue to the DHGate Resolution Center, but they blatantly ignored my request for a full refund and instead gave me a measly $60, which is an insult to injury. I spent $208.58 US on two pairs of shoes that I despise and can’t wear, and they won’t even give me a full refund. This is completely unacceptable! DHGate is a disgraceful company that has no respect for their customers. They are a bunch of crooks who should be ashamed of themselves!
