I first used Dhgate back in the day before it was famous, and the products I received were like “ what I ordered, but what I got”. I recently became famous for high-quality dupes. I thought they must have stopped their scamming ass behaviour. How wrong was I? after purchasing £100 worth of their products, their scamming tactics started. The seller delayed the dispatch of the order until I complained. When they said they finally sent it out, there was no tracking. So I complained through their scam-enabling customer service, and now they sent a new tracking number with no link, another scam. At this stage, the trash automated Tang tang doesn’t let you escalate the complaint. The entire site supports scamming ass “sellers”. Do not trust them with your dosh! How about DHGATE think about their customers by changing the customer service procedures, which is not fit for purpose? Please have a look at similar platforms that have high customer ratings and excellent feedback because they have available customer service and support, which provides a good customer experience.
