Dhgate

    I had ordered two special edition controllers which celebrate Chinese New Year from two separate sellers for 8Bitdo. One seller provides me with a tracking number then I get a message saying item is out of stock would I like some cheapo substitute controller and I said no but I never saw that message so they claimed they already shipped it. So then the item gets delivered to some address in Maine and not NY where I am located. DHGate closes it out as received although I opened a case saying it wasnt and was misdelivered. Seller then tells me they had the wrong tracking number and its on its way, so I am unable to get a refund. Second seller also ships my item to wrong address in NY and i did provide again the correct shipping address. Seller also said the item was out of stock and shipped me a substitute I did not want and not even close in the value for what I paid for the item I wanted. I NEVER Told the seller I wanted the substitute but yet they supposedly shipped it. I opened up a dispute asking for a refund and the seller is fighting me over it. Has declined my request twice for a refund I am still being told to wait for DHGate to get involved. I have provided photo proof of my address being one thing and the tracking information showing it was delivered to another town with another zip code. SCAM Artists stay away. I am working with my bank to reverse these charges but that is also slow going. Wont ever order again and I URGE you to do the same do not order from DHGate.
