I ordered and paid £50 for trainers to DHGATE. I received no order number or confirmation so I chased via their customer service message which they reply to once a day mon-fri. They just asked for details such as order number which I explained I didn’t have. I supplied them with all payment refs etc and they refused to refund. As far as I can see this is a scam
