DHGate has two major downfalls being quality and customer service. I was sent an item that was obviously so poorly done with double-print over multiple letters in a name. This is unbelievably visible at a glance. The seller clearly didn’t check the item before posting as this would have been picked up. I received a “sorry” from the seller. The item is unusable and for the bin. Then I raised a dispute and this is where DHGate is purely fraudulent. They gave me a refund of less than a third of the price that I paid. No chance to object or dispute a refund which SHOULD be given for faulty items. They talk a good game but ultimately support the seller. Will not use them again
