My package was sent to the wrong address and I was not refunded even though I had usps tracking to show this fact. They’re fraudulent and unprofessional!!. Was insulted by customer service because I asked him to check the address where the package was delivered because it’s not mine he said as long as it’s marked delivered they will release the payment. I’m now sending complaints to bbb, trade commission, usps and so forth because this is plain fraud
