Deriv is the worst broker. I requested a change of currency and my account has been locked for over a week now. Each time I contact customer service they ghost me. No service I don’t know what is happening and I am not getting any updates. Next thing this broker seem to be a scam as when you make good money they are always having issues with your method of withdrawal and they know it will mess with your over psychology. I need the cashier section of my account to be unlocked. Worst service ever
