Everything, the pillow was too small and flat and hurt my neck even more. I don’t believe I ordered 4 as I would never do that with a product I am unfamiliar with. Never the less, I was sent 4 pillows and charged for them. When I called customer service about a return and refund. A girl who I could barely understood said I should gift them to friends. Why would I want to gift friends something I don’t even like? She finally sent me a link to a return label but the place to return was in Lithuania! I checked with several shipping places and the cost of shipping back to Lithuania was more than the 100 dollars I spent on the pillows. I feel this was on purpose, if you do business in this country, people should be able to return within this country. I feel this company is fraudulent.UPDATE: 4/20/2023The company reached out to me to make things right and I was very satisfied with the result. They are working on the on the return/refund process and even though the pillow was not right for me, I greatly appreciate the follow up from the company.
