WHAT A SCAM! DON’T BUY THESE PILLOWS! I placed an order for 2 king size pillows. The order form lists an address in Brentwood, Tennessee. The shipment has a PO Box in New York. I felt confident with the money back guarantee. Unfortunately, the pillows made my neck pain worse and my doctor advised to discontinue use. I reached out to start the return process only to find out Derila requires the return to be sent to LITHUANIA!!! Cost $150.00 and no guarantee on how long it will take to be received. This is unacceptable! I feel like you are misrepresenting a money back guarantee when you know people will not pay twice as much as the original order to ship the merchandise back. I need a return label for the cost or a US address to send the return.
