    Although my experience has not been favourable, I would like to give credit, where credit is due. I have received my refund and for that, I am sincerely thankful. Some companies would just have ignored their customers. So thank you Joan from Derila for stepping up and providing your customer service.If I could offer zero stars I would. I contacted Derila by email on 5th May 2023 explaining how excruciating these pillows are. The first night, I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t even toss and turn as my neck blocked. I persevered, thinking it may take time to appreciate the benefits. Nope! I was just told how unfortunate that was for me. I have tried to request a refund and return the product, but strangely enough, the submit button is faulty and you can not request a return and refund. Sounds like a scam right? Well, it is, I can’t request a return and refund as the site doesn’t allow you to submit the request and the customer service is not customer or service-focused. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I just read Derila’s response, the whole point of the one-star review is that the contact section on your website does not work. The submit button does not work. I have sent you an email today regarding this matter with a screenshot as proof and yet you ask me to contact you via a means that is impossible to do so. Insert palm face emoji. WAIT IT GETS BETTER, THEY OFFERED TO REFUND ME IN FULL, WHAT THEY DID IS TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 24 MAY 2023. I HAVE NOW PAID TWICE FOR THIS PRODUCT. NOTHING SHORT OF DISGUSTING!!!!@
