    I am not one to leave nasty reviews but I’m livid. I ordered direct from the Derila website where it says 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Great, I want to try it and get a refund if I don’t like it. I get it, I try it, I don’t like it, and I reach out to return it. First they tell me it has to come back in the original unopened packing – how am I supposed to see if I’m satisfied if I can’t open it? So they say they will make an exception for me and give me a refund if I return it but I have to pay for shipping. Fine, whatever, it was like $9 to ship here. EXCEPT ITS NOT. It’s $150+ to send to LITHUANIA to return it. So I contact them AGAIN about how I can’t return it because that costs more than I paid for it and certainly more than the $9 it cost to ship here. And they tell me too bad, we won’t do a refund until we recieve the product. I argued back ans forth about their “satisfaction guarantee” and got nowhere. They know they are scamming people by offering returns knowing its too expensive to send back. I’m so pissed.
