I ordered 2 pillows and by mistake ordered 4pillow cases. I called the company immediately and after about 20 mins being on hold got to speak with a representative. He said he would take care of the matter and I would only receive 2 pillow cases instead. My order came with 2 pillows and 4 pillow cases and that’s what I was charged for. I went to try and return the full order because the pillow isn’t supportive enough for me. Someone named Ralph Anthony replied and offered me all kinds of silly things and little money for a refund, plus I’ld have to pay the return myself to ship it to Lithuania! He said I could text back if I had any more questions or concerns and when I did all I got was the same text as the first one,…no answers to my questions, three times I tried. I feel this is a scam. It’ll cost me more than $100 to return and no answers to my questions. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don’t care about losing your hard earned money. It only cost them $8.95 to ship it to me why do I have to ship it back to Lithuania at more than $100?!?!
