I feel Derila is a SCAM! I bought ONE pillow and they charged me for FOUR! I tried to cancel the order right away (like minutes) and they said “sorry, it’s already getting packed in our warehouse” and to go through their return process once I get pillows. After I received the pillows I tried to follow their return process and clicked on the link for their “Return Merchandise Authorisation” Form and guess what the SUBMIT button didn’t work. I got onto a chat and the support team said they were “having technical issues” so I asked if they could just email me their form…nope. Also, called them on the phone to express my concerns and again got the same unhelpful response. Not to mention, if you ever do get past their “technical” issues and fill out everything to make the return you will not be reimbursed for shipping it to LITHUANIA!!! Who knows how expensive that would be to do! So, I am stuck with these pillows that make my neck hurt worse than it did in the first place. All I want is tor return them and get my refund.
