Like many other reviews on Trustpilot, my 81 year old mother ordered and paid for 1 pillow. Shortly after, her credit card was charged for an additional 4 pillows that she never requested. She made contact directly with a derila agent and they said she would have to send it back to an address in Lithuania at a cost of over $120 Australian dollars. Many others have reported the same issue. This is fraud and derila.com should be ashamed of itself for charging customers credit cards without permission or order. So in summary, mum ordered and paid for 1 pillow. Her CC was changed. She then was charged for another 4 pillows without doing a thing and they were sent to her at a cost of $188 Australian dollars which included shipping. That is considered fraud and we will not stop pursuing a full refund from this SCAMMING Company derila.com. Do not buy from them.
