I ordered on Jan. 7 2024. Somehow I ordered 4 pillows, I only wanted 1, hit a button and suddenly it was charging my credit card. I immediately emailed Derila and asked that to please adjust my order that was going to be shipped from NY, USA. Response…That couldn’t be done because it was being filled already. WHAT, on a Sunday?!! That I could send back and get a refund within 30 days. Ok, so I get the 4 pillows. No paperwork inside the packaging. Just a coupon book to buy more products. The address to send back is in Lithuania!!!! What?!!! I have to pay shipping back, they will not refund my shipping! It’s over $100!! I call, broken English speaking girl chatting fast. Would not help me get a refund. Total scam!! I’m so upset about this. Be careful folks!!
