Description of complaint:On 9/18 I saw the ad for the Derila pillow and began following the process to make a purchase. When going through the purchase process, and only after I had already put in my PayPal information, the system offered to sell a Derila eyemask as an add on. After selecting ONE eyemask, the system entered FOUR and completed the purchase without any additional way to back out. I immediately notified Derila and they automatically offered a discount to keep the 4 (who needs 4 eyemasks). I declined and they offered another discount and I declined, and they said I would have to go through the return process (which per their website offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee). I received all the items and I’m not satisfied at all…actually waking up more sore around my neck than before. So now I want to return the items and received a RMA but the problem is one, I’ve used the pillow…so they wont accept a return for a used pillow and pillowcase and eyemask, and two mailing it to Lithuania costs over $100..which I’m sure Derila knows is cost prohibitive and therefore no one is ever going to return their merchandise. The entire system is a SCAM and should be shut down. I would like a full refund and if they have a return in the USA, I will return the items to the USA (same place Derila shipped from Cheektowaga NY). The FTC should definitely look into Derila.com and check with BBB to see how we all have the same complaints.
