I ordered one pillow from the website. It took me through at least seven screens trying to get me to buy something else and I was very careful and said no to each one. After giving them my card number it then told me how much I was charged, not the other way around. So instead of being charge 39.95 I was charged $99.95 for four pillows, three of which I did not order. It had already accepted and debited my card and there was no way to cancel it or go back. I called them right afterwards and canceled it and was told I would be getting a refund within 3 to 5 days. Instead I get an email saying oh sorry we’ve already sent you the pillows out. No refund. I am reporting them to the Texas attorney general’s office and whoever I can in order to report them as a scammer. I am so disappointed it’s ridiculous.
