Derila

    I ordered 1 pillow. 4 arrived. I’ve been emailing back and forth with customer service. I am so angry! Obviously if many people are reporting the same issue online, its Derila’s issue and I should not have to pay for return shipping! This is ridiculous because the pillow is actually great and I was going to share my happy pillow experience online, but now I feel as if I am being scammed. Please beware that if you order from Derila after doing all of your research, the pillow seems much more affordable that Sutera, but you may find yourself with more pillows than you ordered and unnecessary charges on the other end!
