As other’s have stated, somehow when clicking 1 pillow to order, you suddenly have ordered 4 pillows with no way to immediately cancel the order. After leaving a message for customer service and receiving a return call from them the next day, I was informed that the product had already shipped and returns were possible once I received the pillows. Upon receiving the pillows and getting a good laugh at the size of each- which was half the size and width of a standard pillow (perfect for a 6 yr old), I wanted to return all of them. Sure, that’s possible- but you have to ship them all the Lithuania! Shipped from NY but returns are required to send back to a distributor in Lithuania.
