Honestly deserves 0 stars. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Added items to my order that I did not select and then once I received my items they failed to meet my expectations. I tried returning until I was quoted $1100 by UPS to return to their address in Lithuania even though they originally ship it from New York. Complete scam of a company and uses these tactics to prevent you from returning and ultimately forcing you to keep their products. TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. Report to BBB and chargeback through your credit card or bank.
