The pillow is a total scam I bought 2 a small and a large when I received them right away, I was not sure because they came folded up in a bag. I have had memory foam pillows before they could not be folded in half at all. As soon as I opened them, they did straighten right up so ok maybe they are good. But then as soon as I put my hand on one with just a little pressure it caved went total FLAT but still wanted to give the company a chance tried laying my head down on the larger one which was for myself, once again it went flat NO NECK SUPPORT AT ALL PERIOD. My spouse had the same response she tried to lay her head on the smaller one and again it went flat NO NECK SUPPORT AT ALL. Went to return the pillows and pillowcase. They had no problem with me returning the pillows BUT I DO MUST RETURN THEM TO A LITHUANIA ADDRESS WHEN THEY WERE SENT TO ME FROM A CALIFORNIA SHIPPER. THE COST WAS $ 89.00 to RETURN THEM TO THE Derila ReturnsLogismartSavanoriy pr. 176LT-03154, VilniusLITHUANIAAnd after their restocking few and the $89.00 to return them, I was still out over $100.00 dollars for a total useless pillow WHAT A SCAM AND FRUD. And after going through this with the company I went to PAY PAL which I had used to pay for the pillows and filled a COMPLANT which got me no where they ruled against me, since they would take the pillows back as returns to do just that RETURN THEM.
