Zero stars not possible unfortunately. This is a scam company, buyer beware. Buyer protection is next to useless: if you don’t receive an item you will be repeatedly fobbed off with spurious time limits for a refund. I purchased an item on 14/10/2022 and I’m still waiting for a refund. The latest email from Depop suggests I may have to wait a further 28 days. The seller isn’t contesting that I didn’t receive the item. Will never use this ridiculous company again and wish I’d read these reviews, they paint a true picture of this company. Try Vinted instead, their processes are much better!
