Awful company. Do not purchase from Depop. Decided to buy an item which was described as being in perfect condition and like new. What arrived was stained and had several large tears in every seam. Tried sending photos and told Depop what happened, was told it was not their problem as I had paid through PayPal. Contacted them again to see of they would do anything, when they finally responded, they again told me it was not their issue. They’re worse than scammers. If you buy something on Depop you have no help from their customer support if the item you buy isn’t as described. Don’t waste your money like I did.
