Counterfeit products. It’s a scam. I bought a pair of AirPods Pro and they look really good but they are counterfeit. Very soon I noticed the differences – sound quality and noise cancelation were poor. Microphone quality was terrible. And within a few days the battery stopped working and they would not hold a charge. Useless garbage.
