I would give 0 stars if possible. They lie saying they provide Terms and Conditions with their $20 one-time cleaning voucher. I only wanted to redeem the one-time cleaning voucher and even called them to ensure that the voucher was all I was getting! That service was fine, however, a month later I saw they were trying to charge my card for a membership plan that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. Their website is not user-friendly or transparent! Emma is a gaslighter and emailed me saying that I was given “terms and conditions” at every touchpoint. I am a consumer who reads so this was an insult to my intelligence and POOR customer service. Maybe in their other offers, they show terms and conditions but I literally redeemed a $20 voucher – that is it! Emma and Dazzling Cleaning are liars and thieves. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION. This is 100% a SCAM to get you into an ongoing membership plan whether you want to use their service or not.
