Dishonest, hidden fees, sign up for a 6 month contract where you pay $47 every month just for the subscription. You have to pay an additional booking fee for booking a cleaner every time in addition to the cleaning fee. None of this is called out clearly in the original contract. They will not let you cancel and will charge a $147 fine if you don’t like their services and want to cancel early. DO NOT use them. Absolutely terrible experience. I’m out $350 for one mediocre cleaning where I had to clean with the cleaner, provide supplies and guide her on Google maps for directions to the house. SCAM!!
