This company is a total scam. The cleaners they hire are questionable due to the extremely low wage they pay and they lock you into a membership where they charge no matter what. There is no phone number to contact only an email. I went through the cancellation process months ago and then was charged again out of the blue. When I emailed about this they then wrote back where they offered me “3 free months” at which I automatically renewed unless I cancelled again. It’s a loop in order to scam people out of money.
