I really regret working with them for the following reasons: – I purchased three hours. They worked six because I was not home and charged me for the extra hours that I did not ask for.- I purchased laundry service as an extra service, they ruined one of my high-brand shirts and when I asked for compensation they told me this is not the kind of thing they are responsible for. So, they can ruin anything at ur house and it’d end up being your problem. – Finally, I wanted to order the service in a rush and obviously, they include somewhere a subscription to their membership. I did so unknowingly and unwillingly. Then I kept contacting them for ten days for them to cancel my membership. When they finally did, they charged me 140$ according to their “policies”. There are reasonable services out there, but this one is a scam.
