This business is a SCAM. They didn’t clean the apartment then offered a “free cleaning” which I never used because I didn’t trust the service anymore with my home. Months later I noticed they have been charging me this whole time every month for $50. I asked for a refund but they are claiming that the subscription is in the terms and services. It’s extremely hidden, if it was ever there in the first place, and they refuse to refund me with a PDF. Clearly all their customers have the same issue of not knowing about this hidden “subscription” — this is how they make money.See the Better Business Bureau statement on this.It’s a huge scandal and scam.
