If I can give a zero, I would. She was an hour late for the appointment, did not finish cleaning, then kept my key. Left a bag of trash in the middle of my living room floor. She said that she had no time to finish cleaning, but had time to sit in my driveway running out the time snapping into a slim Jim. Kept my house key!!! Stated that she had no time to return my key and it would be two days after the cleaning before she could get it back to me. I had to drive an hour away to retrieve it. I will never use her or this company again. If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. This whole company is a scam. And you cannot even speak with anyone except for on Thursdays.
